Collection, 1927-1961, undated, includes reports that Central Michigan University (CMU) student groups were required to file each semester with the Student Affairs Committee and administration of CMU. Reports include Treasurer's and President's Semester Reports, Organizational Reports, and Treasurer's Semester Cash Reports. The reports are typed forms with information added by the organization, usually in handwriting. The first two types of reports include the number of business and social meetings held each term, the names and positions of the officers, and names of the members, advisers, honorary members, and patrons of each organization. Other materials that may be included in the collection include organizational constitutions, correspondence and notes about each organization. The folders of the Young Women's Christian Association also include some programs, ca. 1930s, and meeting minutes, 1940s. Some of the correspondence is to Miss Bertha Ronan or Miss D. Louise Sharp. A wide variety of social, Greek, political, volunteer, recreational, athletic, veterans, occupation related, religiously oriented, educational or degree related, ROTC, musical, and graduation class organizations are included in the collection.
